The group, Big Game Brands which started franchises like Moe’s Southwestern Grill and Planet Smoothie approached Motion2 Consulting and myself to develop restaurant identities for two more fast casual franchise concepts. For this concept (a fast casual Hawaiian style hibachi grill) they needed an identity that was modern and that would work across all future locations without being to gimmicky. (This Project has been paused by client so they can focus on the other side of the business of making movies)
Fast forward a year...OK it looks like the project died a slow death. RIP Maui Chow.
